1. What The Next Side is

The Next Side is a digital educational and guided-execution platform. It provides learning materials, practical missions, examples, prompts, templates, tools and other educational resources intended to help members develop skills and test business or service ideas.

2. No earnings or employment guarantee

We do not guarantee income, customers, employment, business success, audience growth or any particular result. Examples, milestones and challenges are educational goals, not promises of earnings. Your results depend on factors including your effort, skill, market conditions, pricing, demand and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

3. Price and access

The Founding Launch price is £59 one time. The intended standard price is £79. The price shown at checkout is the price you agree to pay. Founding access includes the core product and future core updates that we choose to release to founding members. Any feature described as beta, planned, upcoming or future is not guaranteed to be available on a particular date.

4. Account and personal use

Your account is for your own personal use unless we expressly agree otherwise. Keep your login details secure. You must not sell, share or transfer your account, or copy, resell, redistribute, publicly upload or present our content, templates, design or branding as your own.

5. Digital-content cancellation

If you ask us to supply the digital content immediately, before the end of the statutory cancellation period, we will ask for your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that your statutory right to cancel will be lost once supply begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Product changes

Digital tools and third-party platforms change. We may update, replace or remove outdated lessons, tools, links or examples where reasonably necessary. We may also improve the platform over time.

7. Third-party tools and links

We may refer to third-party services such as AI tools, marketplaces, design tools, social networks or payment platforms. We do not control those services and do not guarantee their availability, pricing, policies or results. You are responsible for reviewing their own terms and requirements.

8. Responsible use

You are responsible for complying with laws, taxes, licensing, professional requirements, advertising rules and third-party platform terms that apply to your activities. Do not use The Next Side to mislead customers, fabricate testimonials, impersonate professionals, infringe intellectual property or make unlawful claims.

9. Health, finance and regulated areas

Where educational material touches health, fitness, finance, tax, legal or other regulated topics, it is general educational information only and is not a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified professional. Members must not present themselves as professionally qualified where they are not.

10. Problems with the service

If you cannot access content you paid for, or believe the digital content is faulty or materially not as described, contact thenextsidesupport@gmail.com. We will investigate and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the trader in England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law that applies to you.
