Refund & Digital Access Policy

Immediate digital access

The Next Side is digital content supplied online. Before we send you to payment for immediate access, we ask you to expressly request that digital supply begins immediately and acknowledge that, once supply begins, you lose the statutory 14-day cancellation right to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Change-of-mind refunds after access starts

After immediate digital access has begun following the required consent and acknowledgement, we generally do not provide change-of-mind refunds. This does not remove any statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

If the product is faulty, inaccessible or not as described

If you paid but cannot access the product, or believe the digital content is faulty or materially not as described, email thenextsidesupport@gmail.com with the email used for purchase and a short description of the issue. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Refunds we approve

If a refund is approved, member access associated with that purchase may be removed once the refund is processed.
