Digital content and immediate access

The Next Side is digital content. Where you ask us to begin supplying the digital content immediately, before the end of the statutory cancellation period, we will ask for your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that your statutory right to cancel is lost once supply begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds after access begins

Once immediate digital access/download has begun following the required consent and acknowledgement, purchases are generally final and we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. This does not limit any statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

If something is wrong
